How this site handles your information.
What you send me
When you fill out a form on this site, your name, email, phone number (if you add it) and your answers are sent to me through Netlify, the company that hosts this site. I use them only to reply to you and, if you agreed to it, to send you mortgage tips and updates. I don't sell or share your information.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel to count visits, see which pages are useful and measure whether my ads bring people to the site. These tools may use cookies or similar technology and collect information such as your device, browser, pages visited and the link that brought you here. The details you type into a form are not sent to Google or Meta.
Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use the pages, such as clicks, scrolling and anonymous screen recordings, so I can see what is confusing and fix it. Anything you type into a form is masked and is not recorded. Clarity's data is handled under Microsoft's privacy statement.
You can limit this tracking with your browser's privacy settings, an ad blocker, or your ad preferences in your Google and Meta accounts.
